Due to state laws, new online therapy sessions can only be provided to Tennessee residents.

We are offering two different services online. If you are wanting counseling/therapy services, please click on the link on the left that says "Therapy Appointment Request" Enter in the requested information and our intake clinician will contact you within 48 hours to help setup your first appointment.

During this crisis we are also offering, "Caring Calls." These calls are not counseling services. The purpose of these calls is to to help you with self-care ideas and activities in response to the COVID-19 crisis. We can give you ideas to lower stress, worry, and anxiety for yourself and your family. To learn more about these calls and to schedule one of these calls, click on the "Caring Calls Appointment Request" link on the left.
